It’s time for a little iMakeography. It’s mostly me and cats today, along with a little vinyl! You might notice that I have embedded my Instagram photos into this blog post, so things look a little different (all photos except the one above). I am not sure if I like it, let me know what you think. If you are a WordPress.com user, it’s really quite easy to embed your Instagram pics in this way.
Right, on with the iMakeography. I have decided to do a 30 day photography challenge. This one is organised by A Beautiful Mess and it’s a self portrait challenge. I find this rather terrifying as I hate having my photo taken, but it’s all about pushing myself outside the comfort zone I love so much!
Here’s my first portrait (cringe, cringe, cringe)…
I turns out taking photos of cats is far easier…
I am also pleased to report that there has been a little “making” occurring at iMake Towers. My stepfather is an avid record collector but decided that it was time to part with a selection of his records. I managed to get my hands on a few (albeit some very dodgy titles – lots of Samantha Fox – that’s a worry!) I made vinyl bowls with the records. Tutorial to follow (possibly in the first issue of iMake Magazine). Here’s my best one…
